









The Royal Cremation took place in the evening for “Big-Panrawat (Apichet) Kittikorncharoen”or “Big D2B” after he had a car accident.
Following “Big’s” automobile accident, he became the sleeping prince for the past 4 years and died on 9th December 2007.
Despite accepting the fate of their son, and feeling as if “Big” left on good terms, ”Koon Por Udom” and ”Koon Mae Yupa Kittikorncharoen” still find it somewhat hard to believe. Still missing Big and unable to hold back tears when they think of him. On that date, while the body of their son was cremated, they wept in sorrow.
As for Big’s fanclub “We love Big” who have come from afar to lend their support to “Koon Por Udom-Koon Mae Yupa” Most united as one to say they came to bid farewell to their beloved star one last time. “Koon Por Udom-Koon Mae Yupa” thanked everyone for coming to say goodbye to their son a final time.
As for the Royal Cremation ceremony for “Big”, this started in the morning at 10:00 hours until 16:30 hours when the body was cremated. The remains were kept until 21st March 2008 and later taken to the Bureau of the Royal House at 07:00 hours in the morning.
Following “Big’s” car accident on 22nd July 2003, he was admitted to Vichaprakarn Hospital for treatment and later to Vichayuth Hospital for “inflamed lungs”. He began experiencing headaches afterwards in which doctors discovered “abscess in his brain”. They operated about 4 times and although removing the abscess, left “Big” severely brain-damaged.
In the year 2004, “Big” came into the graces of the Royal family who took care of some of his medical treatments while HRH’s high monk changed Big’s name to “Panrawat” meaning “person that lives” which gave his parents extreme hope.
“Apichet” was transferred from Vichayuth Hospital to recover as well as home where he stayed for more than 4 years. As soon as HRH The Queen heard of Big’s condition, she had him admitted as an inpatient under His Majesty’s care at Siriraj Hospital much to the delight of his family.
On 30th November 2007, “Apichet” began to have breathing problems and the family took him to Siriraj Hospital where he passed away on 9th December 2007 at 08:30 hours following an infection in his bloodstream. He only turned 25 seven days before.
